For retirees their is no "High on the HOG", No overtime, and for most disabled retirees there is no work.

We continue to have the same responsibilities as active members, but the income changes. The fact about Three-Quarters is that after 5 years it losses buy power. With no increase, three quarters has no more value then a tellers job at a bank, after a 5 year period.

Prior PBA administrations have been quated as "cola for 3/4's over my dead body" and "It's tax free what else do they want" also "if we give it to them it will break the bank for the 20 year guys"

None of this is true - a C.O.L.A. built into the pension would be acceptible it would be something, we are not the enemy - We are you.
